Afu is the CEO and Climate Policy Principal of Think Policy, where she leads an interdisciplinary team working to advance evidence-informed and people-centred public policy reform. She brings over a decade of experience in public policy advisory, with a particular focus on climate change, energy transition, land use, and sustainable development.

Through her work with the World Bank and World Resources Institute, she has advised governments and public institutions on navigating complex policy challenges and translating evidence into actionable reforms. She has also worked closely with the Government of Indonesia, including supporting the integration of climate change into the national K–12 education curriculum.

Her educational background spans a Masters in Public Policy from Harvard Kennedy School (2018), Bachelor in International Relations from the University of Indonesia (2013), and an exchange program at Nanyang Technological University.

Florida Andriana is the Co-founder and Chief Growth Officer of Think Policy, where she leads strategic partnerships and government engagement to support effective policy implementation. She brings over a decade of experience in government relations, public affairs, and strategic advisory across Indonesia and Southeast Asia.

At Asia Group Advisors, she advised businesses across fintech, energy, and infrastructure on market entry, government relations, and navigating complex policy environments in Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand, and the Philippines.

She has also led integrated waste management initiatives at Delterra, bringing together project management, stakeholder engagement, and policy-oriented approaches to address complex environmental challenges.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from Universitas Indonesia and completed the IDEAS Asia Pacific Global Program at MIT Sloan School of Management.

Ravio is the Impact Advisor and Political Economy Principal at Think Policy, providing strategic and technical leadership on how the organisation thinks and works politically within a complex ecosystem of change. His work spans democratic governance, climate action, electoral reform, rule of law, and open government.

Alongside Think Policy, Ravio serves as Indonesia Country Director of the Westminster Foundation for Democracy and Independent Reporting Mechanism Researcher for the Open Government Partnership. His work has informed policy design, institutional reform, and governance evaluations across Asia, Africa, Europe, and the Pacific, using tools such as regulatory impact assessment, cost-benefit analysis, post-legislative scrutiny, and participatory action research.

Ravio holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Universitas Padjadjaran and completed the Management Development Program at Mantus Learning. Ravio was also selected for McKinsey & Company’s Young Leaders for Indonesia Fellowship and the AEON 1% Club Foundation’s Asia Youth Leader programme.

Luthfi is the Head of Advisory at Think Policy, leading strategic and technical advisory across labor policy, subsidy reform, digital markets, investment regulation, and political economy. He brings extensive experience at the intersection of policy research, government advisory, and regulatory strategy, having previously served at Indonesia’s Executive Office of the President, where he contributed to the early development of Kartu Prakerja, fertilizer subsidy reform, and the gig workers task force, and at Gojek, where he led regulatory analysis and policy advocacy for online food delivery and ride-hailing services. Luthfi holds a Master’s degree in Economics from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Universitas Gadjah Mada.

Talitha is the Climate Advisory Lead at Think Policy, specializing in climate and energy finance, industrial decarbonization, and climate policy. She has advised governments and cross-sector stakeholders on climate priorities, including the formulation of green economy policies for the Long-term National Development Plan (RPJPN) 2025-2045, and worked with financial institutions to develop fit-for-purpose green financing products to support industrial decarbonization. Her educational background is in Climate Finance and Investment as well as Environmental and Energy Engineering from UK and Germany.

Adit is Head of Senior Planning, Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (PMEL) at Think Policy, where he focuses on strategic partnerships, business development, grant management, and impact monitoring. He has eight years of experience in urban and rural development, climate policy advisory, and impact evaluation. Prior to joining Think Policy, he worked with the Urban Governance Research Group at ITB, served as a Development Specialist of KOMPAK, and Policy Planner at the Ministry of National Development Planning (Bappenas). He holds a Master’s degree in Urban and Regional Planning from Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB) and awardee of YSEALI Professional Fellowship Program 2022 on Governance and Society Theme.

Hanin is Senior PMEL Coordinator at Think Policy. She is a Communications and Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) professional with 5+ years of experience across public communications, social media, stakeholder engagement, outreach activities, and data-driven program improvement. Experienced in developing outcome learning frameworks, producing public-facing impact reports, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, managing audience engagement, and translating data into actionable insights. Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English, with a strong commitment to inclusive and accessible public information. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication and Media Studies from LSPR Communication and Business Institute.

Gea is head of convening at Think Policy, covering stakeholder engagement and knowledge brokering across government, civil society, and development partners. Her work spans cross-sectoral development policies, democratic governance, civic participation, with a strong focus on facilitation design, implementation gaps, and turning diverse perspectives into shared priorities and policy outcomes in the forum. She earned her bachelor degree in Philosophy from Universitas Indonesia.

Efraim is the Deputy Head of Convening at Think Policy, specialization in engaging the urban youth to partake in policymaking processes. He has more than 5 years of professional experience in bridging citizens and policymakers, amplifying social issues, and building coalitions with civil society organizations, including working with more than 80 communities in 36 cities in Indonesia in co-creating policy discussion forums with local policymakers (mayoral & gubernatorial candidates, local legislators). He holds a bachelor’s degree in International Relations from Universitas Katolik Parahyangan and he was an awardee of Erasmus+ Exchange to TU Dortmund, Germany & Young Southeast Asian Leaders Initiative (YSEALI) Academic Fellowship to Arizona State University.

Vanya is an education specialist with almost a decade of experience in designing behavioral intervention through education and communication, particularly for public policy professionals, policy advocates and campaigners, teachers, university students, and society at large. As the Head of Unlearning in Think Policy, she leads transformative learning initiatives for public sector leaders to design evidence- and empathy-based policies, as well as for citizens to be more active and critical. She holds a Master of Education, from Teachers College, Columbia University and a Bachelor degree in Social Sciences at Universitas Indonesia.

Naya is the Academy Lead at Think Policy Indonesia, specializing in education program management, curriculum development, and multi-stakeholder training on issues ranging from climate to democracy across local and international levels. She has led education initiatives and trained over 1,500 learners across the government, non-profit, and international development sectors, alongside receiving honors such as the Samuel Eshborn Service Award. Naya holds a Master of Arts in International Education from New York University and a Bachelor of Politics in International Relations from Universitas Gadjah Mada.

Ray is the Head of Media & Platform at Think Policy, with core expertise in digital platform development, product management, and media and public communications strategy. He leads the development of Bijak Memantau, a policy monitoring and advocacy platform, while also serving as Editor-in-Chief of The Reformist, Think Policy’s media publication. Previously, as Senior Product Manager at Ruangguru, he led product teams across Learning Experience, Payments, and CRM/Sales Tools. He was the host of Asumsi.co’s current affairs podcast Asumsi Bersuara. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Universitas Indonesia.

Nea is the Editorial Lead of Think Policy, focusing on science and policy communications, editorial excellence, and digital content production. She has over 8 years of experience at the intersection of journalism, digital media communications, content creation, and civic tech, including reporting for the prominent English-language newsletter The Jakarta Post and building a multimedia educational and civic engagement platform from the ground up with the West Java Government Digital Service Unit (Jabar Digital Service). She holds a Master’s degree in Digital Media Education from University College London.

Yosi is the Strategic Communications Lead at Think Policy, focusing on enriching the public information ecosystem that makes meaningful public conversations happen. She has over eight years of experience in strategic communications, spanning work with media, communities, content creators, and public institutions. She holds a Master of Strategic Public Relations from the University of Sydney and a Bachelor’s degree in Communication from BINUS University International.

Adji is the Video Lead at Think Policy, focusing on political and policy communication, video production, and civic education content. He brings over 8 years of content production experience, including growing a VIVA.co.id newsroom YouTube channel from 9,000 to 1 million subscribers and leading digital public service content for the Pikobar and Sapawarga super apps at Jabar Digital Service, and he currently produces a video series called Second Thoughts for The Reformist. Adji holds a Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy from Universitas Gadjah Mada.

Stephania is the Finance Lead at Think Policy, with expertise in financial management, reporting and analysis, financial controls, and data-driven decision-making. With over 5 years of experience leading finance and accounting functions, she currently oversees finance across nonprofit and commercial entities with diverse grant and revenue-based funding models, translating financial data into insights that connect historical performance with forward-looking financial positions to support strategic decision-making. She is a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Indonesia and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, with a concentration in Management Accounting, from Atma Jaya Catholic University.

Dita is the HR Coordinator at Think Policy with expertise in people management, employee relations, organizational culture, and employee experience. She has worked in expanding startups and corporations for 5 years, covering HR operations, talent acquisition, employee engagement, policy and compliance, and people development. She holds two bachelor’s degrees in Management and Business Administration from Sampoerna University and the University of Arizona.

Chandra the Senior Partnership Coordinator at Think Policy, leading partnership management and business development across a diverse network of stakeholders. He brings over four years of experience across research, government, and policy organisations, with expertise in strategic partnerships, public policy, and cross-sector collaboration for social impact. Prior to Think Policy, he served on the Substance Team supporting the Special Advisor for Digital Policy and Human Resources at Indonesia’s Ministry of Communications and Digital Affairs, where he worked on policy and regulatory analysis across emerging digital issues, including the digital economy, investment, and artificial intelligence. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from Universitas Gadjah Mada.
