Job Responsibilities

Rapid Prototyping & AI-Assisted Development: Utilize modern development workflows (including AI-assisted coding and high-velocity engineering) to rapidly build, test, and deploy functional MVPs from scratch.
Website Design & UI/UX: Own the product design lifecycle—from user journeys and wireframes to high-fidelity, interactive prototypes and final production-ready interfaces for Think Policy and Bijak products.
Website Management & Maintenance: Manage, update, and maintain existing website infrastructure using platforms like Framer, Wix, and other deployment tools, ensuring all web properties are responsive and bug-free.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with the Platform team, Head of Media, and external stakeholders to align technical product strategies with organizational goals.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Minimum 3 years of experience in website design and development.
Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, responsive design, and user-centered design processes using tools like Figma.
Experience leveraging AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude, Codex, etc.) for high-velocity coding and rapid prototyping.
Solid grasp of basic front-end concepts (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to quickly build and deploy functional features.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Passionate about social impact, public policy, and building civic tech tools that drive political accountability.
