Tax Associate

Job Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end tax processes: calculation, withholding, payment, and reporting (Income Tax Articles 21, 23/26, 4(2), and VAT).
Prepare and submit electronic withholding tax slips (e-Bupot) through the Directorate General of Taxes (DGT) system.
Create output tax invoices (e-Faktur Output) and validate input tax invoices (e-Faktur Input).
Perform monthly VAT reconciliation and prepare VAT Periodic Tax Returns (SPT Masa PPN) via the e-Faktur application.
Conduct monthly reconciliation between tax reports (SPT) and commercial financial statements (General Ledger) to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Maintain well-organized and systematic filing of tax documents, including withholding tax slips, payment receipts, and invoices.
Stay up to date with the latest tax regulations and policy changes issued by the DGT.
Provide data, analysis, and documentation support for all taxation-related activities.
Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Taxation.
Brevet A & B certification is mandatory.
2–4 years of experience in corporate taxation.
Strong understanding of Income Tax Articles 21, 23, 4(2), and VAT.
Proficient in DGT/Coretax applications (e-Bupot, e-Faktur, e-SPT).
Detail-oriented, analytical, and highly organized, with strong problem-solving skills
