Job Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for (with guidance from Social Media Manager):

  • Observing the engagement pattern of Bijak Memantau’s Instagram account.

  • Profiling our target audience, their pain points and desires, based on the intern’s observation of content shares, comments, and DMs.

  • Identifying and suggesting to the Creative Team which kinds of content work best for our audience.

  • Keeping track with latest trends and supporting the Creative Team to develop a creative brief on how our account can bandwagon and get optimal engagement.

  • When instructed, acting as a social media officer tasked with content planning, posting, replying to comments and DMs, and other engagement-related tasks.

Individual KPI

  • Create one (1) Bijak Memantau’s audience persona identification document, which explains your three-month observation of our account’s engagement pattern, identifying who our audience are, what are their pain points and desires, and how we can help them.

  • Develop one (1) Bijak Memantau’s social media content and performance tracker.

  • Come up with one (1) Bijak Memantau Social Media Strategy Observation document, which synthesizes your observation on trends and Bijak account’s engagement pattern and translates them into potential actionable items for future account growth strategy.

Qualifications

  • Final-year student (semester 7 or 8) or fresh graduate with a Bachelor's degree in:

    • Public Policy

    • Political Science

    • Management

    • Marketing/Communication

    • Information Systems

    • Business Administration

    • International Relations

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities

  • Quick learner with adaptability to new tools and technologies

  • Flexibility in responding to changing priorities and dynamic work environment

  • Working Arrangement: Hybrid (preferably based in JABODETABEK)
