Senior Finance & Operations
This role involves leading financial operations, including preparing and analyzing financial statements, managing budgets, overseeing daily accounting activities, ensuring compliance, and providing strategic financial insights to support organizational goals.
Job Responsibilities
Leading in preparing,, reviewing, and analyzing financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
Leading in generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, providing insights to support strategic decision-making.
Leading in preparation of budgets and financial forecasts, tracking performance against targets.
Oversee daily accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and payroll.
Maintain and update financial records, ensuring data integrity and completeness.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies, financial regulations, and reporting requirements
Manage short-term and long-term cash flow planning, identifying potential funding gaps and recommending solutions.
Lead and mentor junior finance and operations staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
Collaborate with other teams to streamline financial processes and enhance operational excellence.
Lead on the development and implementation of financial and operations strategies that align with the organization’s long-term goals.
Provide financial insights and recommendations to support the leadership team in strategic planning and decision-making.
Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
Minimum 5 years experience in finance, accounting, and operations roles
Prior experience form accounting firm (KAP) is preferred
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Have a good understanding in tax regulation in Indonesia (having brevet A B in tax preferred)
Have a good understanding of standard reporting for NGO and understanding of ISAK 35/PSAK 45
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
Experience with fund accounting, grant management, and compliance reporting in the non-profit sector is valuable
Strong leadership skills
Excellent communication skills
Excellent English and Indonesian verbal and writing proficiency
