Job Responsibilities

  • Leading in preparing,, reviewing, and analyzing financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.

  • Leading in generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, providing insights to support strategic decision-making.

  • Leading in preparation of budgets and financial forecasts, tracking performance against targets.

  • Oversee daily accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.

  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and payroll.

  • Maintain and update financial records, ensuring data integrity and completeness.

  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, financial regulations, and reporting requirements

  • Manage short-term and long-term cash flow planning, identifying potential funding gaps and recommending solutions.

  • Lead and mentor junior finance and operations staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.

  • Collaborate with other teams to streamline financial processes and enhance operational excellence.

  • Lead on the development and implementation of financial and operations strategies that align with the organization’s long-term goals.

  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to support the leadership team in strategic planning and decision-making.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field

  • Minimum 5 years experience in finance, accounting, and operations roles

  • Prior experience form accounting firm (KAP) is preferred

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy

  • Have a good understanding in tax regulation in Indonesia (having brevet A B in tax preferred)

  • Have a good understanding of standard reporting for NGO and understanding of ISAK 35/PSAK 45

  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel

  • Experience with fund accounting, grant management, and compliance reporting in the non-profit sector is valuable

  • Strong leadership skills

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Excellent English and Indonesian verbal and writing proficiency
