Job Responsibilities

  • Review the existing Roadmap for the Development of SI-SDMK in Indonesia to identify problems, analyse root causes, and missed opportunities.

  • Gather insights from various sources and references, including current development in Indonesia’s digital transformation, to develop SI-SDMK

  • Develop instruments, collect data, and analyse results of in-depth interview or focus group discussions (FGD) with stakeholders.

  • Support the Project Lead in stakeholder engagement with government ministries, regulatory bodies, and other relevant actors.

  • Develop a new roadmap for the development of SI-SDMK, ensuring its integration to wider national digital ecosystem and National Health Workforce Account (NHWA).

  • Assist with the implementation and quality improvement of the National Health Workforce Account (NHWA).

  • Assist with the development of learning, monitoring and evaluation frameworks to track the progress and impact of the project.

  • Stay up-to-date on current trends and developments in digital health policy.

  • Document project activities, findings, and recommendations for future use.

Job Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Information System, Data Science, Digital Health, or a related field, with 2 years of experience; OR Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 5 years of experience in related field.

  • Experience in planning or developing information systems. Experience with the topic of human resources for health or health systems is preferable.

  • Strong understanding of government policy processes and stakeholder engagement strategies.

  • Excellent writing, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Proficiency in quantitative and qualitative research methodologies and data analysis.

  • Experience with project management tools is a plus.
