PMEL Associate

Job Responsibilities
Assist in developing project indicators, monitoring plans, and evaluation frameworks.
Collect, organize, and analyze data to track progress and inform learning.
Contribute to regular reporting, performance reviews, and impact documentation.
Support team learning by helping organize reflection sessions and sharing lessons across projects.
Maintain PMEL databases and ensure the accuracy of project data
Help design and manage surveys, feedback tools, and other data collection instruments
Provide analytical and administrative support to the PMEL Lead, Head of Advisory, and Board of Think Policy
Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in public policy, social sciences, statistics, development studies, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in monitoring and evaluation, project management, or research support.
Understanding of results-based management, data collection, and reporting processes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, or basic data visualization platforms.
Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
Previous experience in think tanks, NGOs, or development organizations.
Familiarity with survey design, evaluation frameworks, or data analysis software (e.g., Power BI, Stata, or R).
