PMEL Analyst Intern
As a PMEL Analyst Intern, you will provide Planning, Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (PMEL) support on the development of our product, namely, Bijak Memantau. Bijak Memantau aims to lower the barrier for urban middle class Indonesia to engage in demanding accountability for the developments of our laws and policies.
Job Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for:
Develop MEL tools mainly for Bijak Memantau Social Media and Platform;
Provide support in Bijak Memantau’s offline engagements;
Involve in planning meetings for Bijak Memantau development.
Provide actionable insights on enhancing Bijak Memantau’s Impact for Urban Middle Class.
Support other needs on Bijak Memantau development and PMEL activities in general.
Individual KPI
Provide 1 Document/deck on Bijak Memantau product MEL concept.
Develop 1 tracker on Bijak Memantau’s impact indicators and its tools.
Provide regular actionable insights/learnings for Bijak Memantau Development every 2 weeks based on the evidence/data found during the MEL activities.
Qualifications
Final-year student (semester 7 or 8) or fresh graduate with a Bachelor's degree in:

Marketing/Communication
Information Systems
Business Administration
International Relations
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities
Quick learner with adaptability to new tools and technologies
Flexibility in responding to changing priorities and dynamic work environment
Working Arrangement: Hybrid (preferably based in JABODETABEK)
