Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct research to identify potential partnership and collaboration opportunities, including staying informed about issue trends, market developments, and policy changes.

  • Collaborate with the Growth team and Tribe leads to develop partnership and business strategy, mainly for Insights and Forum products.

  • Identify potential funding sources that align with Think Policy’'s mission and programs and provide insights on partnership opportunities and success rates

  • Write and develop grant and partnership proposals, applications, and supporting documents. Ensure proposals are compelling, accurate, and tailored to respective guidelines.

  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing partners to ensure ongoing collaboration and satisfaction.

  • Act as the point of contact for partners, addressing inquiries or concerns promptly.

  • Coordinate with internal teams, including program leads, finance, and leadership to gather information necessary for proposal development and ensure smooth implementation of initiatives.

  • Track and analyze key performance metrics related to partnerships.

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum experience: 2 - 4 years

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, Social Science, or a relevant field.

  • At least 3 years of experience in partnership management, business development, consulting, or a related field.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with external partners.

  • Strong project management skills and proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.

  • Strong research and analytical skills.

  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

  • Strong interest in the public policy landscape in Indonesia and familiarity with grant application processes will be a significant advantage.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
