KOL Management Intern
As a KOL Management Intern, you will support the Think Policy and Bijak social media team by identifying potential Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) profiles and how they could best amplify the key messages of our next flagship product, Bijak Memantau. Bijak Memantau is an educational platform aiming to lower the barrier for urban middle class Indonesians to participate in democracy and demand accountability from policymakers.
Job Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for (with guidance from Social Media Manager):
Building a database of potential KOLs, identifying their niche and how they could help amplify Bijak Memantau’s message.
Reaching out to said KOLs to explore potential partnerships, from first contact to MoU signing.
Assisting the Creative Team to collaborate with KOLs in content creation.
Keeping track of the collaboration project, and ensuring that all agreed-upon Scope of Work and important deadlines are met by both parties until project completion.
Individual KPI
Create one (1) KOL database for Bijak Memantau
Develop one (1) KOL collaboration-tracker document
Develop one (1) Bijak Memantau KOL media kit, pitch deck, or content collaboration proposal for potential KOLs
Create one (1) “ideal KOL” profiling document, to help with future KOL scouting
Qualifications
Final-year student (semester 7 or 8) or fresh graduate with a Bachelor's degree in:
Public Policy
Political Science
Management
Marketing/Communication
Information Systems
Business Administration
International Relations
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities
Quick learner with adaptability to new tools and technologies
Flexibility in responding to changing priorities and dynamic work environment
Working Arrangement: Hybrid (preferably based in JABODETABEK)
