Job Responsibilities

Process Documentation and Internalization:

  • Map out, document, and standardize operational processes across various departments to ensure clarity and consistency.

  • Maintain an updated repository of all internal processes in ClickUp.

Training and Support:

  • Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to educate staff on the effective use of internal tools such as ClickUp, Miro, and Google Chats.

  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance for these tools.

Project Management Support:

  • Assist in the management of projects related to the development and enhancement of internal tools.

  • Coordinate with IT and other departments to ensure projects meet deadlines and specifications.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvements.

  • Generate reports and presentations for management to aid in decision-making.

Knowledge Base Development:

  • Develop and manage an internal knowledge base to ensure that all documentation is accessible, accurate, and useful for operational continuity.

  • Continuously update the knowledge base with new tools, processes, or significant changes.

Job Qualifications

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • Relevant Experience: 1-2 years of experience in business process analysis, IT operations, or a similar role. Experience in a tech-driven, fast-paced environment is preferred.

  • Technical Proficiency:

    • Strong familiarity with project management software (preferably ClickUp), data visualization tools (like Tableau or Looker/Google Data Studio), and proficiency in Google Workspace or equivalent.

    • Basic understanding of IT infrastructure and systems operations.

  • Analytical Skills:

    • Ability to analyze workflow processes and data to make recommendations for process improvement and efficiency.

    • Skills in problem-solving and troubleshooting technical and process-related issues.

  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills:

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    • Ability to collaborate effectively with teams across different departments.

  • Adaptability and Learning Agility:
