Generalist Analyst
As a Generalist Analyst you will play a pivotal role in supporting the design and implementation of advisory projects across various policy areas. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to conduct research, develop insights, and support the senior member in translating them into practical recommendations. Your work will directly contribute to the success of client engagements, from project coordination to producing high-quality outputs such as policy briefs, presentations, and strategic memos. This role requires adaptability, curiosity, and a collaborative mindset.
Job Responsibilities
Support the execution of advisory projects by conducting desk research, synthesizing findings, and developing project materials.
Assist in drafting policy briefs, presentation decks, internal notes, and other project outputs.
Collaborate with internal teams (research, engagement, communications) to ensure project alignment and quality.
Participate in team discussions and contribute to shaping project direction with solution-oriented inputs.
Help manage project timelines, coordinate deliverables, and maintain organized documentation.
Support stakeholder engagement processes, including preparation for meetings, note-taking, and follow-ups.
Contribute to proposal development and support business development activities as needed.
Work across various policy issues with flexibility and openness to learn.
Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Public Policy, Political Science, International Relations, Social Sciences, or related fields.
1–3 years of experience in public affairs, policy analysis, consulting, or related roles.
Strong interest in policy issues and public problem-solving
Able to analyze information quickly and present it clearly through written and visual formats.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate in a team and coordinate across functions.
